Access for everyone
Accessibility Statement
PetQuestAI is committed to making its pet-discovery experience usable by people with disabilities and to improving accessibility as the site evolves.
Effective and last updated: September 19, 2026
Conformance target
PetQuestAI aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA(opens in a new tab). The site uses semantic landmarks and headings, labeled controls, keyboard-operable interactions, visible focus indicators, text alternatives, live status announcements, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and colors selected for AA contrast.
Testing and maintenance
Accessibility is reviewed through source checks, keyboard review, responsive testing, contrast measurement, and automated checks where available. Automated tools cannot find every barrier. PetQuestAI will continue testing new pages, third-party content, and significant interface changes.
Third-party content
Some pet images, descriptions, listing data, and linked shelter or rescue pages are supplied by third parties. PetQuestAI works to present that content accessibly but may not control the accessibility or accuracy of the original material or external site.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier, need information in another format, or need help using PetQuestAI, contact the contact address published by the PetQuestAI operator. Include the page URL, the problem, the assistive technology and browser used if relevant, and your preferred response method. PetQuestAI will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide an accessible alternative.
